CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice by text or email (919.561.6638 / jawbreakerbeautybar@gmail.com). • If you cancel or reschedule after 48 hours, your deposit will be forfeited and is non-transferable. You will need to put down a new deposit to secure a future appointment. • If you cancel or reschedule before 48 hours, your deposit is transferable, but only to an appointment rescheduled within a week of the original appointment. No refunds are available for deposits.
